I ordered the acid free paper and on Monday I received a phone call to say my order had been delivered to the wrong address and my order would be re-sent and would receive it on Tuesday.
It did not arrive.
Disgusted. I received an email saying the money had been taken out of my account!!!!!!
Not very happy.

first order & when ordered goods show that they were in stock but had to phone up when a catalogue was delivered & said it was part 1 of 2 boxes only then told that the bins were out of stock. that was friday 18th received an email saturday 19th and am still waiting goods. so dont know if we will be using again......

Long delays and poor initial service, however when I contacted Simon customer service manager complaining about the poor experience, he resolved all problems and turned around the situation. I will make further purchases in the future due to Simons assistance. If there are any further delays and or poor performance this will result in no further sales.

I manage to find most items quickly through the search facility. I have recently had delivery of hardcopy catalogue although not asked for was useful when one of my searched didnt find what I was after - its all in a word!
