I feel that Kitchen Village offers a good range of products at competitive prices. This is the third time I have purchased online and would not hesitate to do so again. I have also recommended Kitchen Village to others.

The product arrived sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. I have not yet installed the product itself so cannot comment on this but the product price and delivery times were the best I could find and am very happy so far.

Ordering was nice and straightforward. Getting my product was not. It took nearly a month to get my food mixer - and many emails back and forth. They blamed DHL. I think that both Kitchen Village and DHL were lacking. Whoever it was, the level of action to get this sorted by Kitchen Village was lacking and I still had to pay the delivery charge! I will not be ordering from Kitchen Village again.
