Shopping on line at Sainsburys Appliances was easy, fast and efficient. They gave me the best price for the product I wanted and for delivery, fitting and recycling old machine.The delivery time was very fast,and contact to let you know delivery time was excellent.Men who delivered and fitted were very nice and helpful. Whole package was excellent.

I needed a washing machine as soon as possible. I chose one from the Web Site but it was not available for immediate delivery so the customer services asked me what I needed from an appliance and gave me an alternative as well as a delivery date. I was given a time slot and a phone call from the driver when he was close to my address.

It was easy to order on line. When I received a follow up phone call the salesman accepted my statement that as I was at work I was happy to discuss my purchase, but did not want a sales pitch for anything else. Delivery was on time although the phone message the day before had said between 8.00am and 10.00am but the driver telephoned at 8.30am to say he would be with me between 9.00am and 10.00am. (didn't get a lie in on Saturday) Deliver drivers very pleasant and capable.

System offered a delivery day which I accepted. Merchant later called to say that the system shouldn't have offered that date and I had to accept delivery the next day. Other than that an excellent service.

Very good, lots of contact by phone,I would be pleased to use the service again. The only thing was that the products were not unpacked on delivery, we were told that they would be, but this was refused and we were told that the products would be changed if there was a problem!!

had a phone call the day before my delivery to tell me the time it would come , but never arrived and after a phoned them was told it would be another week , but second delivery date everything went smoothly

Good from start to finish, website, E-Mails about the purhase, and delivry detail phone calls. Only one slightly pushy call for insurance of product.

We were kept informed at all times, the delivery team even phoned to say they were running 10 minutes late. We would definitely recommend Sainsburys to other people.

Delivery company gives very, very, very poor service. Also, Sainsburys did not ask them to connect my dishwasher, even though I had paid for connection.

On the whole it was good but there were two niggles: 1. delivery time. Although we were called the night before to tell us a 4 hour delivery slot this was changed the following morning. This didn't really help us avoid staying in to wait for the delivery. 2. The delivery team were also supposed to fit the item. However, it was clear that they did not want to and found a feeble excuse to refuse to fit the machine.

The range of products was good, as were the prices. It was good to be able to choose the day of delivery and especially cheering that I was contacted by the delivery driver on the day itself and given a 2 hour slot. The delivery was made within that slot - just!

Very attentive and thorough explanations of the process and fulfilled well. Delivery drivers didn't do all that the customer service staff said they would - eg: no pre-warning phone before turning up, had to be asked to unpack product and take away packaging. This wouldn't have mattered except that all calls from customer service raised this expectation - on the basis of this, I could have popped out.
