I rec'd a text message telling me that they had tried to contact me, not true, I had to phone a national call rate number, my goods were not in stock, I had a fitter booked so I had to look for an alternative. I phoned back and was told that the alternative could be delivered on Monday, I had to check if that was still okay with my fitter, when I phoned back I was told by a 3rd person that this was never possible as that Manufacturer could only deliver on Tuesday, this was to late so I cancelled my order and requested a call back from a manager. This never happened. I am a Payroll Manager, if one of my staff behaved in this manner, they would be re-trained.
