Good Camera, but no FTP & Zero Technical Support

Pros: Good image. Replaceable lens (Standard CS Mount).

Cons: Absolutely dismal customer support. The worst I have ever experienced.

Review: I bought this camera in early May, 2007. I have it set up and it is functioning well. The quality of the image and the quality of the device appears very good. However, the camera is supposed to be configurable to automatically FTP time sequential images ...
