When i received WWF Wrestlemania 2000 for christmas, i was so happy, but when I got to playing, i was somewhat disappointed. Recently I rented the 64 version. I was blown away. The Graphics! The Sound! The Entrances and The charactors! WOW! but when i saw how bad the transfusion between the games was I was in awe once again. The both have entrances but your only limited to the top half of the ring in the gameboy version. The gameboy version had a lot less charactors. The Create a Charactor on the 64 version returns but in the gameboy version is reluctant to have this feature. Also with the absence of such charactors as The Blue Meanie and T&A, it doesnt make for fun gameplay. I beat the game in under 2 hours, and the controls are hard to learn. Mid-section+A is to pick up the charactor but if you are slightly past mid-section it kicks him and increases the chance for the opponent to get up with consiousness. Also a bad feature is the chance to reverse grapple according to Spirit. The gameboy version shouldn't have the spirit. Your spirit can be full one second, and down the next. Giving the oppenent a chance to reverse the grapple and steal your move. The Cage ring option in the GB version is probably the best because its the only thing the 64 version doesnt have. Its easy to win in cage matches and say if your quick enough, you can dispose of men like, Big Boss Man quicker than pinning him. But i definatley DON'T recommend this game in GB version. The 64 version is absolutly astounding. This game is just a waste of time.
